New AG4 Series

AG4 Series Gas Injector is designed for the maximum possible N2 gas flow, while providing complete venting capability for maximum pressure profiling ability. 

The AG4 has no "shoulder" or hex at the base, which provides a clean 1/4" hole at the gas injection point into the molding. 

Ideal for recreational products, furniture or anywhere that a clean gas injection point is desired.

Enhanced durability and enhanced flow self cleaning gas injector.

Assembles into tool without removal from the molding machine, with ¼-20 threads. Improved flow-center element provides increased gas flow over any previously available gas injector, plus self-cleaning capability. 

Stainless steel construction is normally only recommended when molding corrosive resins such as PVC or other flame retardant resins.  

This product is a direct remove and replace for older gas injectors with a 3/8" diameter "shoulder" and 1/4-20 threads. Furnished with (5) spare O-rings.

The DET-0001ACE is a direct replacement for gas injectors in some existing molds. Low cost, durable, but not recommended for new applications. 8-32 threads. 

We recommend replacement of this style injector with AEGIS' A3SC or A4SC Series gas injectors for improved gas flow and AEGIS' exclusive self cleaning function.
